JOB SUMMARY / KEY PURPOSEResponsible for supervising teams in the execution of projects and engagements for the People Advisory Services practice. A Senior Associate is expected to conduct the project activities assigned and oversee the work of the project staff to deliver exceptional client service.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESDuties and Responsibilities• Supervise the team members in the execution of projects according to the defined approach and methodology with guidance from the Managers• Assist the Managers in project planning and participate proactively in client meetings • Gather and analyze data to understand the organization and functions through interviews, department walkthroughs and workshops with the client counterparts• Conduct research, benchmarks and collection of relevant information and knowledge from available resources to provide value-adding recommendations to the client• Support the preparation, conduct and documentation of project workshops and interactive sessions• Work on tools and platforms like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Forms, OneNote, SharePoint, etc.• Proactively contribute to team deliverables• Maintain active communication with Team Lead, Managers and client counterparts to ensure alignment• Identify and collaboratively resolve project risks and issues• Attend and participate in learning and development, engagement and other enrichment activities• Develop positive relationship with peers, supervisors, and mentors/counselors who can provide advice and support COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTSEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource ManagementMBA is highly desiredRelevant Experience:At least four (4) years of relevant, professional experience in any of the following: HR operations, organization development, change management, training and facilitation, HR system implementationCertificates, Licenses, Registration:Certification in HR related disciplines and/or Change Management are highly desired but not requiredCompetenciesCore:• Professional and positive attitude towards work• Passion for learning and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders• Ability to quickly learn and apply learning to engagements• Comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion and to nurturing an environment that respects differences• Adaptable to varying corporate cultures• Strong time management with ability to deliver work within required deadlines • Open to working beyond office hours, as required• Flexible and is willing to work at client sites within or beyond Metro Manila• Receptive to secondment opportunities at other EY offices• Interested and committed to pursuing a long-term career in People Advisory practice Functional• Communication skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills Leverages communication skills to effectively engage with client counterparts through structured questioning, proactive listening, and delivery of fact-based findingsUtilizes graphics and visuals to clearly convey ideas, assessment results and recommendations• Project management skillsTakes ownership of his/her project assignments and deliverablesOrganizes project activities and schedules in line with the approach and methodologyPrioritizes project activities especially when deadlines are tightResponds promptly to client queries and produce outputs on a timely basis while adhering to quality review procedures• Analytical thinkingAnalyzes complex problems, understand business needs and respond through innovative and practical solutionsConducts and synthesize quantitative and qualitative analysis to formulate business impact and recommendationsPerforms HR data analytics (for strategic workforce planning, compensation and benefits analysis and other service offerings)• People Advisory competencies – knowledge and/or skills in any of the following:Organization review and designStrategic workforce planningHR transformationChange managementOrganization culture developmentHR system implementationTalent, performance and rewards managementSuccess in this role will come to those who are proactive, open to learning, and adaptable to different circumstances.
