ECCO is a global leader in premium footwear and leather production, combining Danish design heritage with cutting-edge technology.We’re looking for a People & Culture Business Partner who’s passionate about creating intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging interfaces that empower thousands of ECCO users globally.Job ProfileThe People & Culture Business Partner (P&C BP) is a key strategic partner to factory leadership in driving human capital strategies that support business performance and workforce engagement. This role operates at the intersection of business and HR, providing frontline support to department heads and line managers in resolving people matters, cultivating a high-performance culture, and enabling the development of talent across the site. The role covers both strategic partnership and operational HR delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Advisory & Business PartnershipPerformance Culture AdvocacyTalent & Organisational DevelopmentCulture Enablement & CoachingEmployee Relations & Case ManagementRecruitment & Workforce Planning SupportJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology, or a related field. HR certification is an added advantage.6–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or generalist role in a manufacturing or high-volume operational setting.Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and people management principles.Demonstrated ability to consult, influence, and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Skilled in coaching, conflict resolution, and change management.High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in managing sensitive information.Proficiency in HR systems and data analytics is an advantage.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.Willing to work in Sidoarjo or SurabayaJoin a global team that feels localAt ECCO, you’ll be part of a friendly, international workplace where people care about each other and the work we do.
