We focus on personalized medicine so we can help everyone with medicine based on their needs.About The JobWe are seeking a People & Culture Business Partner for our office in Trzebinia, Poland.The key responsibilities are:Employees’ and/or managers’ questionsProvide information to answer employees’ and/or managers’ questions as regards HR matters in the broadest possible sense (social legislation, CLAs, internal agreements, insurance, healthcare funds, training, retirement pensions, etc.) with the aim of guaranteeing that employees and/or managers have correct information at their disposal.Operational daily managementResponsibility for the operational daily management and the follow-up of the HR activities with the aim of obtaining optimum results for the organization in a cost-efficient and qualitative method.Personnel data and support HR administrationMaintain personnel data, support the HR administration and give advice on questions relating to social legislation with the aim of supplying the employees and management of the organisation with information on regulations and having correct and complete information at one’s disposal.Support and adviceOffer support and advice to local management about various HR fields and serve as a contact for managers and employees for various HR-related issues with the aim of providing optimum support to the entire population within the organisation.HR policies and/or HR processesDetermine, implement and communicate HR policies and/or HR processes throughout the organisation, taking into account the global, national and local policies and/or legislation and serve as a contact for questions on this subject with the aim of ensuring good compliance with the global HR policy and adapting where necessary.HR projectsActive participation in various HR projects which are set up and rolled out on the national level and contributing to a continuous evaluation and optimisation of the various practices with the aim of contributing to maximum HR efficiency.Recruitment and Selection ProcessOversee and monitor the entire recruitment and selection process with the aim of having the right employee in the right position and being able to work with an optimally balanced workforce.Trade union partnersMaintain informal and formal contacts with the trade union partners with the aim of creating a positive social climate and preventing personnel problems.Set yourself apartBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.2 to 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HRBP or in a generalist position.Fluent English (spoken and written);Solid knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training & development, compensation, etc.).Experience supporting leaders and employees across multiple departments or business units.Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to managers.Experience in employee relations and handling sensitive HR topics with discretion.Analytical mindset with the ability to work with HR metrics and data to support decision-making.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider HR team.What's on offer?We offer a unique working environment where talent and ambition can develop to their fullest.
