Today this includes the supply and installation of steel house frames and roofing, lightweight cladding, guttering and downpipes, garage doors, and linings. This role forms part of our Support Services within the People & Culture team. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our supportive and high performing team on a fixed term maternity leave contract. We’re seeking an individual who is ready to make a positive impact on our People Leaders and play a pivotal role in delivering excellence to the business and support our expansive branch network in people management, coaching and education, employee and industrial relations matters, and People & Culture optimisation strategies. This role will oversee the People & Culture function across New South Wales, Victoria & South Australia.This role will be based out of our Truganina branch in Victoria.Does this sound like you?You’re just the person we are looking for! Keep reading to learn more about the role!Duties of the role include (but certainly are not limited to):Coach, educate and build capability for our People LeadersManage an expansive portfolio across three states; NSW, VIC & SAProvide expert guidance on complex People & Culture matters, including employee relations matters, performance management, and employee developmentEnsure business unit compliance to all legislative requirements, company policies and relevant Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements Manage and deliver a range of strategic People & Culture projectsAssist with the coordination of Return to Work programs for workplace injuries alongside our external vendor and internal Safety teamCollaborate with Senior People Leaders to designed and implement impactful workforce change initiatives Ideal Candidate AttributesMinimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar P&C Business Partner roleBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field highly desirableExtensive experience in Australian Employment Laws & Regulations, Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreement interpretation and consultationProven experience in providing strategic People & Culture advice to Senior People LeadersStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build strong and meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levelsSelf-starter with ability to work autonomously and engage team support as required A customer service and solutions focused mindsetAbility to travel between branches within the portfolioWhat's On OfferA chance to take ownership of your role, build strong working relationships and bring enthusiasm to a growing organisationMobile Phone and/or allowanceDynamic team culture where you can contribute to delivering great results for our customersEmployee benefits platform with discounts on restaurants, electronics, gym memberships and more!Employee Assistance Program for all staff and immediate family membersFlexible work arrangements availableThe team are eager to welcome a new team member who is ready to hit the ground running as soon as possible.
