Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture, you will translate organizational people strategies into actionable plans and lead their implementation. This role bridges the gap between strategic HR planning and day-to-day execution, requiring both operational excellence and strategic thinking.What you’ll be working on:Partner with business unit leaders to understand their needs and translate company-wide people strategies into tailored solutionsProvide data-driven insights and reporting on key people indicatorsServe as a trusted HR advisor, identifying trends in people data to proactively address issues and support business decisionsLead implementation and improvement of HR programs, policies, and practices Manage core HR processes (performance management, talent development, employee relations, engagement survey and action planning) while ensuring consistent policy applicationCoordinate leave of absence requests with Total Rewards and Payroll while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policiesCoach managers on effective people management and provide guidance on performance plans and career developmentSupport learning and development initiatives by assessing offerings against evolving business needsFacilitate resolution of complex employee relations issues and identify process improvements to enhance employee experienceWho we’re looking for:Bachelor’s Degree in a related field3+ years of progressive Human Resources experienceCHRP preferredStrong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to work independently, lead multiple projects, prioritize, and manage a high volume of tasks, deadlines, requirements, and decisionsStrong knowledge of systems and technologySuper.com is an equal opportunity employer.
