Increasingly recognised for creating some of the world’s most sought-after properties, the Group provides legendary service inspired by Asian heritage whilst representing the very cutting-edge of luxury experiences.Mandarin Oriental, Singapore is a sanctuary of luxury and sophistication overlooking the iconic Marina Bay.As People & Culture Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties: Work with P&C business partners and other stakeholders in terms of recruitment matters such as to arrange for interviews, prepare and present Letter of Appointment to selected candidates, etcExecute smooth onboarding, offboarding and employee life cycle for the assigned business unitsDrive employee relations to increase efficiency and to boost moraleAdminister P&C policies and procedures within the HotelEnsure proper maintenance and upkeep of all employees’ dataManage various colleagues' communication channels such as noticeboards and other engagement channelsPlan and organise activities and programs for colleagues engagementEnsure proper maintenance of colleagues’ facilities (E.g. locker room, colleagues' cafeteria, resting area, notice boards, etc.)Benefits and claims administrationAny other reasonable duties assigned by supervisorAs People & Culture Executive, We Expect From YouDiploma/Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management or related disciplinesMinimum 1 year experience in similar capacityPreferably with experience working as a HRBP in hotel or tourism industryOral and written fluency in EnglishGreat communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsOutgoing and people-orientedDisplays initiative and willing to learnCommitment to professional valuesOur commitment to you Learning & Development.
