Join us to lead our people-centric strategy and be instrumental in creating an environment where our colleagues are empowered to grow their skills, advance their careers, and achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas:In this influential role, your focus will be on driving key Human Resources initiatives across the hotel:Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead the Recruitment process for the hotel, attracting and hiring top hospitality talent who embody the iNUA spirit.Talent Development & Training: Develop and implement innovative Training and Development programs to empower our team and enhance their skillsets.Employee Engagement & Retention: Champion our engagement strategy, cultivating a positive, inclusive, and thriving work environment where colleagues feel valued and supported.HR Strategy & Operations: Partner with hotel leadership to align the People Strategy with business objectives.
