Lead HR for a National Geographic Unique LodgeTopas Travel Vietnam invites applications for a crucial leadership role as People & Culture Manager. Join the team behind the globally acclaimed Topas Ecolodge, a leader in sustainable and authentic eco-tourism nestled in the breathtaking mountains near Sa Pa.This is more than an HR job—it's a mission to build a world-class work environment that aligns with our core values of sustainability, community, and excellence in hospitality.Your Role: Strategic Partner & Culture LeaderYou will be the central strategic partner responsible for all human resources functions across our three operational sites: the remote Topas Ecolodge in Hoang Lien National Park, our operations base in Sa Pa, and our administrative office in Hanoi.Key Focus Areas:Strategic Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring 100% compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance, and Tax requirements across all locations.Recruitment & Community: Lead the entire hiring life-cycle with a strong focus on attracting and retaining local talent, particularly from ethnic minority communities, empowering their professional growth.Talent Development: Design, manage, and implement performance reviews and internal training programs (e.g., leadership, service standards) that elevate our team of over 200 staff.Administration: Oversee payroll, benefits, and maintain accurate records for our multi-site operations.Who We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate is a strategic leader who is passionate about both people and purposeful travel.Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
