Company Youth Forge is a fast-paced global research organization with an extensive international network dedicated to uncovering the challenges of 18 founders. We believe in challenging the social norms and systematic standards, aiming to make an innovative economy. We focus on the voices of the underrepresented youth and collect statistics through partnerships with high schools, business hubs, local chambers of commerce, or business clubs. We utilize these data by partnering with organizations to shape the future of entrepreneurship. Organizations include the Ontario Chamber of Commerce, which proposes policies, as well as university business mentorships and innovation hubs. We envision a world where innovation is not limited by age. Our organization consists of 40 active directors and interns ranging from 14-30 years old, all working towards youth innovation.Position: People & Culture Senior Director Department: People and CultureReports to: Executive DirectorType: volunteer Location: Remote Role DescriptionThe People & Culture Senior Director plays a key role in ensuring that all members of the Youth Forge team, applicants and new interns are supported, aligned, and thriving. This position requires someone with strong leadership, empathy, and communication skills who can balance structure with adaptability.
