Qt is where software excellence begins—and where your next chapter starts.About The Role We are now looking for a temporary People & Culture Specialist (12-month contract) to join our EMEA HR team, reporting to the HR Director, EMEA. In this role, you will support employees across our German offices (Berlin, Hamburg, Stuttgart, and Munich) and collaborate closely with the HR Director and wider team to deliver high-quality HR services throughout the employee lifecycle.Possible locations for this position are Berlin, Hamburg or Stuttgart, Germany.What You’ll Do Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related questionsManage the full employee lifecycle, from hiring to offboardingOwn HR administrative topics such as vacation, absences, and data maintenancePrepare HR documentation, including contracts, certificates, and employment referencesSupport onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experienceProvide accurate payroll inputs and collaborate with the external payroll providerPartner with HR colleagues globally on regional and company-wide initiatives What You Bring To The Table Experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the IT or technology industryStrong knowledge of German labor lawFluency in both German and EnglishProficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software solutions (we use Sympa and Greenhouse)A degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related fieldAbility to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment Bonus Points For...Strong communication and collaboration skillsInterest in compensation and benefits administrationA proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team Are You Our Next Qtie?We believe work should support your life, not the other way around.
