Opella is the self-care challenger with the purest and third-largest portfolio in the Over-The-Counter (OTC) & Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements (VMS) market globally.Our mission: to bring health in people’s hands by making self-care as simple as it should be for over half a billion consumers worldwide.At the core of this mission is our 100+ loved brands, our 11,000-strong global team, our 13 best-in-class manufacturing sites and four specialized science and innovation development centers.Headquartered in France, Opella is the proud maker of many of the world’s most loved brands, including Allegra, Buscopan, Doliprane, Dulcolax, Enterogermina, Essentiale and Mucosolvan.B Corp certified in multiple markets, we are active players in the journey towards healthier people and planet.Find out more about our mission to bring health in your hands at www.opella.com.About The JobYou will be part of CEE People & Culture team, supporting the P&C partner for Romania on daily tasks.Main ResponsibilitiesCoordinate onboarding: handle pre-boarding, first day, and follow-up (Day 30/60); make sure access, equipment, and induction are ready; align steps with our external payroll/HR service provider.Be the on-site first point of contact (min. 4 days/week): answer employee questions, direct them to the right team when needed, and follow issues through to resolution.Support timekeeping and payroll inputs: collect and check timesheets and leave data, meet deadlines, and help reduce errors and corrections.Handle employee administration: keep records accurate and compliant with local law.Prepare a simple monthly update: compile key data and feedback, and share a short summary for the monthly coordination call with local leadership and service partners.Keep guides up to date: maintain easy step-by-step guides and FAQs for onboarding, timekeeping, and basic HR processes.Support regional initiatives locally: help roll out mentoring and training programs (logistics, communications, attendance tracking, and feedback collection).Your ProfileFluency in Romanian and English (both written and spoken)Currently enrolled in a university program (ideally 3rd–4th year or higher)Previous experience in HR or administrative support will be a plusOpenness to a 6-month internship, with the possibility of extensionWe Are Challengers.We Are Dedicated To Making Self-care As Simple As It Should Be.
