People Data and Reporting AnalystGurgaon/Bangalore, IndiaThe People Data and Reporting Analyst is accountable for developing and maintaining AXA XL’s key HR systems reporting solutions, designing, and implementing data and reporting products as per the needs of the customer and partnering with the HR Operations & Technology team and key stakeholders across HR to build and maintain data quality monitoring products. You will partner with team members, Community of Practice (CoP), Business units and functions across the organization to deliver value across key projects, identified in Data and Reporting and enable HR to be a data driven function. The Global People Data and Analytics team is accountable for providing core HR metrics and partnering with HR leaders and key stakeholders to build organizational capability in utilizing data to gain insights, identify trends, and leverage data to drive and influence the business’s human capital management strategy. We own and drive standards across data, metrics/KPI’s and reporting in HR space for the Organization and are identified as a key player in creating an ecosystem for People Data and Analytics. We will drive the adoption of tools, technologies, and techniques across the entire HR function by leveraging Community of Practice (CoP). You’ll find in our team a high degree of autonomy and opportunity to lead, underpinned by a robust support network of collaborative professionals.What You’ll Be DOINGWhat will your essential responsibilities include?Reporting and Analysis: Develop and Manage OTBI and BIP Reports. Handle Scheduled report delivery from both Human Resources management System (HRMS). Manage inventory of team deliverables and ensure it is always up to date.Continuous Improvement and Projects: Learn and adapt agile mindset and implement it in day-to-day activities as appropriate.Stakeholder Management and effective communication: Clear and concise messaging to route customers to the right product.
