Your contributions will directly impact our team's capacity to deliver exceptional service and innovation. By upholding high standards in recruitment, you help ensure that we attract the right talent to drive our mission forward.WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding new employees.Assist in implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Collaborating with department leads to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms to source and attract candidates.Analyzing recruitment metrics and providing insights to improve the hiring process.Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.Upholding the core value of "Work Hard with Integrity" in all aspects of your work.Embracing the operating principle to "Operate with High Standards" to ensure high-quality outcomes.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and collaborate with teams.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion.Fluency in English is mandatory.Are you ready to Go Indie?
