Join us, the future is ours to shape!Key ResponsibilitiesP&O Head champions the P&O agenda by advising, coaching and influencing the Country leadership teams to support implementing the short- and long-term business strategies. As P&O business partner consults with data driven and external market insights to deliver an organizationally aligned workforce strategy with talent interventions that span from diversity and inclusion, talent management, org design and effectiveness to culture, transformation and change. Creating an environment in line with Sandoz values and leadership principles that allows for open dialogue, learning and development.Contributes to operationalizing the Global and Regional P&O strategy to the country P&O agenda.Leads P&O initiatives and projects aligned with the strategic agenda in the country as well as P&O global prioritiesActs as a P&O business partner to the country leadership teams and provides P&O support, by providing management with coaching and consulting support in all areas of employee lifecycle, selection, assessment, development, deployment, engagement and talent retention.Coaches the country business leaders on their own development journey, provides timely feedback when needed, and be the close partner to the Country Head on building high impact teams in the country.Co-creates, deploys and facilitates business-driven P&O strategies & projects in the country (example: Talent Management, People Manager Development, Culture Journey etc.) to create a high-performance, sustainable organization capable of achieving the short- and long-term business objectives.Leads the P&O organization and supports capability building, development and growth opportunitiesEnsures P&O Compliance and adherence to Sandoz P&O principles, practices and policies and local legal and labour requirements.Promotes a culture that fosters fairness and open communication among employees and values individual differencesEssential RequirementsBachelor degree requiredFluent communication in English10-12 years, broad functional breadth/experience in P&O/Human ResourcesSolid work experiences in leading P&O/HR function in the countryDemonstrated success collaborating across boundariesUsed to interacting and coaching senior managementAble to operate in matrix, dynamic and high pace environmentResults driven & strong business acumenCollaborator with proven influencing skillsDemonstrated leadership skills & presenceOpen and entrepreneur mindsetWhy Sandoz?Generic and Biosimilar medicines are the backbone of the global medicines industry.
