The People Partner acts as a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, aligning people strategy with organizational goals. This role supports workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and performance management while fostering a positive work environment and championing HR best practices.What You Will DoBusiness PartneringCoach and develop managers to lead high-performing teams and grow their peopleEngage with managers to understand their objectives and challenges. Align our People strategies to support business goals and deliver positive outcomesBecome a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, PULSE Survey, promotion process and performance managementSupport retention strategies to identify and retain top talent across DialecticaAssist in organizational development initiatives, facilitating change management processes and communicationAct as an expert and impartial advisor on issues related to employee relations. Support, advise on and manage performance related issues and progressive improvement plansCompliance and ReportingEnsure all practices and behaviours company wide comply with local legal regulations and align with Dialectica's valuesLead and execute process improvement initiatives to identify opportunities for leveraging and deploying our talent and ensure people-related initiatives have ROI that add to organizational value and outputUse HR systems to identify data and insights that support business strategy. Make proactive and data-centric proposalsContribute to People audits as requiredCollaboration and LeadershipWork effectively and cross-functionally across the People function, unlocking and accessing needed support, to ensure a world-class employee experience. This will include functional areas such as workforce planning, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and People OperationsIdentify opportunities to streamline People processes and enhance service deliveryCultureCollaborate closely with managers across Dialectica to foster an entrepreneurial and inclusive culture focused on achieving our business goalsWhat We Are Looking For Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
