If so, we invite you to join Godel Technologies as a People Partner. Please note that this role is only open to candidates based in Warsaw, Wroclaw, Lodz, Gdansk or Bialystok.ResponsibilitiesConduct one-to-one interviews with employees to assess job satisfaction, identify retention risks, and collaborate with managers and stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions.Participate in team projects with the People Partners department, focused on fostering a positive workplace culture and improving the employee experience.Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to communicate employee needs, advise on people-related matters, and provide insights to improve business processes.Organise and lead team-building activities to strengthen trust, promote teamwork, and increase overall employee engagement.Ensure compliance with company policies by drafting and maintaining HR procedures, ensuring they are up to date and in line with legal requirements.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.A solid understanding of HR processes and how they contribute to business success.Strong analytical skills to gather, interpret, and analyze data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.Proficiency in both written and spoken English, as daily activities include video calls, verbal communication, and written reporting.Excellent communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.Conflict resolution skills to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care.A good knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams) and adaptability to new technologies.What we are looking for:A strong sense of ownership and accountability for decisions and results.A collaborative team player with a commitment to supporting team goals and maintaining a positive, empathetic team atmosphere.A fast learner who can absorb new information quickly and apply it effectively.A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate potential challenges and take preventative action.
