In a nutshellOur People team strives to revolutionize human resources in the same way that Picnic has revolutionized grocery delivery. Picnic's central team is built up out of 1000 talented individuals spread across three main locations: Amsterdam, Paris and Düsseldorf. The People team consists of 15 People Partners that take full responsibility for the development and organization of everyone in the central team. As a People Partner you will be responsible for approximately 75 Picnic-ers. You'll partner with a cross-functional group of experts to design and execute the strategy for how your assigned team staffs, onboards, develops, rotates, motivates, retains, and organizes.Tricks of the tradePerformance management: Drive performance and talent by conducting check-ins and bi-annual reviews and performance calibrations with employeesPeople management: Be a trusted advisor and a coach to the leadership team and play a critical role in enhancing leadership effectivenessDocumentation: Conduct all admin-related tasks around development agreements, contracts, and compensationProject management: Drive people-related initiatives, provide insightful data to guide decision-making, and provide proactive solutionsContinuous improvement: Design and improve people programs (including staffing, onboarding, learning & development and rotation processes)Staffing: Manage talent to ensure the right people are in the right rolesStakeholder management: Enable business leaders to cultivate an effective leadership pipelineYour superpowersMaster's degree in HR, Psychology or similar3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or similarExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholdersProject management and operations experienceDriven to challenge convention and reinvent how work is doneNatural ability to coach and develop teamsAbility to see the big picture and data-driven approachPassionate about people and able to work with colleagues of all levelsFluency in English and Dutch is a plusPicnic perks🥗Fresh Lunch, coffee, and snacksOur offices are equipped with fully-fledged coffee bars and a kitchen and chefs.
