We are a small but efficient team that focus on delivering what brings value to the organization. For this reason, you will be an important person in our team, and we will give you a lot of freedom as well as responsibility. You will be an integral part of ensuring that we as a company can fulfill our strategy and reach our goals.Examples of what you’ll do: Coach and partner with dedicated function leads and managers in all matters relating to their teamsRun and implement strategic development projects and processes such as upgrading structures for how Qliro works with goal setting, AI in People processes, performance processes, improving our onboarding process, etc.Ensure we build for scale when we expand into new countriesEnsuring that our basic processes for employee administration run smoothly and automating these where possibleWe believe our new People Partner can easily gain trust and has the ability to collaborate, communicate and influence at all levels. We also believe you are a self-starter and self-organizer who independently drive your work forward and are able to create engagement. You’ve practiced these skills within fast paced and entrepreneurial environments. We see that you are a very analytical and structured person with a progressive mindset. You thrive in a role where you are expected to take charge and test ideas.We also believe you have extensive experience from: Advising, challenging, coaching and supporting leaders across several countriesSetting up and working with People related metricsSupporting a wide variety of different types of teams, from customer support to software engineersWorking with Swedish and Nordic labor lawYou are also fluent in Swedish and in English (English is our corporate language).Come and help us to make a difference for our amazing colleagues!
