You’ll drive company-critical People initiatives end-to-end—owning processes like onboarding/offboarding, performance & budget reviews, engagement surveys, and policy readiness for IPO. You’ll turn ambiguous problems into clear BRDs, orchestrate delivery across Legal, Finance, Engineering, and People teams, and ship simple low-code tools that make our operations faster and smarter.This is a high-ownership, highly autonomous role. You’ll set the bar for execution pace, stakeholder management, and change adoption across Tabby.🔍 What You’ll Be DoingLead cross-functional People projects from problem definition to launch (onboarding/offboarding, leaders’ induction, learning programs, manpower budgeting, culture events).Own bi-annual Performance Review and Budget Review cycles end-to-end (timeline, tooling, comms, QA, reporting, retros).Write crisp BRDs and process specs for the development team and system analyst; translate business goals into requirements, edge cases, and success metrics.Build simple internal tools and automations with low-/no-code to remove toil and speed up workflows (forms, approvals, data checks, notifications, light integrations).Stand up and run recurring surveys (Pulse, Engagement, ad-hoc); manage tooling, sampling, dashboards, insights, and follow-up actions.Partner with Legal/Finance/Security to develop and maintain People policies required for IPO readiness; keep documentation current and audit-friendly.Produce lightweight, reliable project reporting (milestones, risks, decisions, adoption/quality metrics) and share updates with exec and functional stakeholders.🧠 What You’ll BringExperience in program/project management or technical product/ops roles, ideally in People Tech/HRIS, BizOps, or Business Systems.Familiarity with People processes (on/offboarding, performance & compensation cycles, headcount planning, L&D, engagement surveys).Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with fast timelines and visible business impact.Strong systems mindset: comfortable mapping processes, defining data flows, and spotting failure modes—even without writing code.Demonstrated ability to write excellent BRDs and process docs (scope, assumptions, non-goals, acceptance criteria, edge cases, success metrics).Hands-on with low-/no-code and admin consoles (e.g., HRIS, approvals/forms tools, basic integrations, dashboards); you enjoy configuring rather than escalating.Solid stakeholder management and communication skills—from ICs to execs; you make decisions, trade-offs, and timelines clear.Nice to HaveTooling familiarity with any of: Jira/Confluence, Notion, AppSheet/Airtable, Google Workspace, Looker/Looker Studio/BigQuery, Zapier/Make.Service design/process improvement certifications or frameworks (BPMN, Lean, ADKAR) are a plus.💡 Why You’ll Love Working at TabbyRelocation and EmploymentWe offer remote work from anywhere in the world (our schedule is based on Dubai time though) and are happy to work out an individual relocation plan for you.Our employees have the opportunity to choose a country for registration: at the moment those are Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Portugal, Spain, UAE or fully remote.What You Can ExpectWe offer flexible working hours and trust you to work enough hours to do your job well, at times that suit you and your team.A working environment that gives you autonomy and responsibility from day one.You should be comfortable with the idea that the quality of your work will influence the shape of your career.Participation in the company’s employee stock options program.Why You’ll Love Working at TabbyYou’ll be part of a fast-growing team where ideas move fast and your work truly matters.You’ll help shape how data drives people strategy in a company where culture is everything.We offer competitive compensation, flexibility, and a no-BS, high-trust environment.You’ll join a smart, international team that’s curious, humble, and obsessed with building something great.
