People & Recruitment Administrator - 6 month FTC

Job Description

We know that our people are our superpower, and that working in a sector where you can genuinely make a difference, you will ensure we recruit fantastic people who share our values and want to help us continue to provide the very best care to our clients.Reporting to the Head of People you will be an integral part of the Support Office Team at Bodyset and are expected to act as an ambassador for the Company and with accountability for supporting the operational teams and management of HR function.This role is a 6 month fixed term contract and could be offered on a full time or part time basisResponsibilities:Recruitment Administration – 80%Manage job postings across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, website, job boards).Screen applications, conduct first stage introductory interviews and organise candidate CVs for review by hiring managers.Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate and manager availability.Handle candidate communications, including acknowledgements, status updates, and follow-upsMaintain accurate recruitment records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Use LinkedIn Recruiter to build a short and long term recruitment pipeline in strategic locationsWork with the Head of People & Recruitment to improve recruitment efficiency and time to hireManage the onboarding process including offer letters and pre-employment checks (DBS checks etc) ensuring compliance with right-to-work and company policies.Manage the full onboarding administration, including new starter paperwork and induction planningGenerate recruitment reports for management, including pipeline, time-to-hire, and diversity metricsGeneral HR administration – 20%Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records for all employees.Support reporting and HR data analysis to inform people decisions.Conduct monthly compliance checks to ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies.Manage employee lifecycle administration, including changes, leavers, and internal movements.Be the first point of contact for all HR queriesThe ideal candidate:At the core of what we do are our values; Powerful Together, Believe in More and Empower with Knowledge. Our values are important to us, and shape how we work with our clients, each other and the wider world. Not only will you feel connected with our core values, you will be a proactive self-starter who is committed, ambitious, friendly and truly cares about helping others. Essential skills:Previous full lifecycle recruitment administration experienceProficient in using recruitment tools and platforms including Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn recruiterHighly organised with strong attention to detailHighly operational and able to think about the overall businessWorks cross functionally with all teams in the businessExcellent communication skills and professional style Self starter – highly motivated to be self sufficient, proactive and show high levels of initiativeDesirable skills:CIPD qualification desirable but not critical with relevant industry experienceExperience with Staffology HR/Payroll and Teamtailor ATSExperience recruiting in the Healthcare/Physiotherapy industryIf you are keen to learn, grow and be a part of an established, reputable  team within a fast-developing healthcare brand... then this role is for you!  Please note: This role is home based/remote with some travel to clinics so candidates must be UK based and need to live in the South of England.
