Job DescriptionCollaborate with hiring managers in understanding the needs and roles to be filled as well as review job descriptions for vacancies.Manage the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processesBuild the talent pool to manage the hiring cycle and develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates.Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned rolesDefine the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.RequirementsMinimum Bachelor degree or equivalent educationMinimum 6 months of working experience as Recruiter or Talent Acquisition; fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to applyHas experience recruiting for corporate roles (e.g strategic corporate roles, project related roles) will be a plus pointHas hands-on experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and full-cycle recruiting.Ability to function well in a high-paced environment and adapt fast in dynamic situations.Highly motivated, energetic, positive working attitude and a quick learner.Strong attention to detail.
