Job DescriptionDrive & lead end-to-end people search initiatives & projects that lead to a sustainable business processIdentifying risk and key challenges while and partnering with relevant related stakeholders for mitigation plan to ensure that the project will be completed per agreed timeline and within budgetLead strategic & efficient project executions in order to manage people search within the businessConduct regular people search process reviews and drive improvements or automation to align with the business objectivesLiaise and coordinate with stakeholders from different teams/departments to complete the projectsDrive upward communications on the project progress & regular project reports to the upper managementPresent and conduct regular & ad-hoc reports (in deck or sheet format) and conduct the presentationRequirementsMinimum of 3 years experience in project management, HR consulting or strategy background Have good consulting skills and interpersonal skillsFluent in English (written & verbal) with good communication skillsHigh attention to detailsGood structural and critical thinking structure, and decent logic, good with numbersAgile and have high initiative to drive and lead on tasks and projectsAble to manage pressure in a dynamic environment and agile
