What you will do: People Service Desk Content Specialist – ServiceNow HR in Romania will be responsible for overseeing the creation, maintenance, and governance of HR content within the ServiceNow platform. This role ensures that employees and HR teams have access to accurate, uptodate, and userfriendly information through selfservice portals. The Content Manager will collaborate with global and local HR stakeholders to align content with business needs and compliance requirements. Responsibilities: Content Plan & Governance Develop and implement a content plan for ServiceNow HR knowledge base and selfservice portals. Ensure content is aligned with global HR policies and local regulations. Establish governance processes for content lifecycle management. Content Creation & Maintenance Create, edit, and publish HR articles, FAQs, and guides in ServiceNow. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance. Regularly review and update content to reflect policy or process changes. User Experience & SelfService Enablement Optimize content for usability and accessibility in the selfservice portal. Monitor usage metrics and feedback to improve content effectiveness. Promote adoption of selfservice tools among employees and HR teams. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with HR operations, IT, and compliance teams to ensure content meets business and technical requirements. Run Content Authors committees to train the new authors on content creation. Act as a liaison between global content owners and local HR teams. Reporting & Continuous Improvement Track content performance using analytics and KPIs. Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Support audits and ensure content compliance with data protection standards. Desired education, expertise, and skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Certification in content management or digital platforms is a plus. 1–3 years of experience in HR content management or digital HR platforms. Experience with ServiceNow or similar HR service delivery platforms is preferred. Familiarity with HR processes and compliance requirements. Excellent writing and editing skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and geographies. Analytical mindset with experience in content performance tracking. Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a must.
