The role is part of a newly created People Services team that supports and enhances Sacred Heart Mission’s talent acquisition and HR operations processes.Click here to download a copy of the position description.Your day-to-dayCoordinate and support recruitment activities that enable Sacred Heart Mission to attract and engage the right peopleConnecting with candidates, and internal and external stakeholders, to provide professional people-centered experiences. Contributing to broader recruitment and onboarding strategies that work towards efficiency and best practiceFacilitate a positive start for new employees by preparing employment contracts, variations, and secondment documentation in alignment with organisational requirements.Ensure all necessary screening and compliance checks are completed ahead of commencement, supporting safety and integrity across SHM’s workforce.Guide hiring managers and candidates through the onboarding journey, helping them navigate each step with ease and understanding.Be the first point of contact for all People & Culture enquiriesWork closely with the Team Leader, Business Partners and other members of People and Culture to deeply understand and predict the needs of the organisation. We're looking for someone withDiploma in Human Resources or tertiary qualification in HRSolid previous experience working as People Services/P&C coordinator in a fast-paced environmentExperience in recruitment coordination to a high standard including preparation of contemporary recruitment strategies and documentation.Experience interpreting Enterprise Agreements provisionsExperience in playing an active part in P&C projectsA team player with ability to work autonomously and manage multiple competing priorities effectivelyYou can look forward toA full-time role, with flexible working arrangements available (including working from home days).$39.82 - $42.70 per hour (dependant on qualifications & experience).Professional and career development opportunities, including participation in organisation-wide initiatives like the Rainbow Collective and Culture Champions.Generous leave entitlements, 17% annual leave loading, gifted leave over holiday period, wellbeing leave & more.
