Additionally, we pride ourselves in focusing on both professional and personal development while also offering great working conditions with a good and informal tone, where everybody contributes to solutions to the daily challenges across all departments.What you’ll be doing:Owner of Masterdata for the division; Organize, maintain, and update internal databases including digital personnel records Advise and support management in legal employee cases, employment law etc.Update and maintain crew company policies when relevant and in alignment with legislation and HR/Maersk policiesOwn and secure recruitment Secure general employee administration as contracts, addendums, terminations etc..Handle all visa requirements for employees as neededStay up to date with HR processes and policies in MaerskDevelop and maintain HR-owned SharePoint site, HR policies, and Employee Handbooks o Together with leaders; develop, maintain, and deliver a great onboarding experience to all new-joinersSecure drug, background checks, and other pre-employment screenings for new-hires and employeesEnsure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy laws (e.g. GDPR)Secure together with other departments staff-badges, airport ID-badges, and P-cardsFacilitate elections for Works Council and Employee Representatives on the BoardHR Subject Matter Expert within relevant topics when time allowsTo succeed in this role, we believe that you can offer:Take ownership and act autonomously and proactively, while engaging in cooperation and teamwork to find solutionsExperience with HR field min 6-8 yearsAble to deal with and accept uncertainty as part of an ever-evolving organisationFlexibility and willingness to continuously learn and developFamiliar with Danish employment law (“Danish Salaried Employees Act”) and Employee Relations and collective bargaining agreementsExperience with HR Information Systems is an advantage.Familiar with applicable data protection and privacy laws (e.g. GDPR)Written and verbal fluency in both Danish & English is preferredExperience in project management would be an assetIf you see yourself in this role and you are keen to become a part of our journey at Maersk Air Cargo, then we look forward to hearing from you!Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
