For this reason NRF is hiring a People Specialist.People SpecialistJankowo Gdańskiie (hybrid work)About the JobWe are looking for an experienced People Specialist to manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee support. In this role, you will work closely with our external payroll provider and collaborate with international teams in Romania, France, Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands. You’ll play a key part in developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with Polish labor regulations, and supporting a positive employee experience across the organization.Your responsibilitiestalent, recruitment and on-boarding processes management;cooperating with external payroll provider on payroll delivery and salary payments to employees and contractors;collecting and delivering all necessary payroll data to external payroll provider;solving all employee's and contractors' payroll related inquiries;develop and implement HR policies;participation in global HR projects;be responsible for administering benefits;providing support to employees in various HR related topics (such as compensation, leavers etc.) and resolve any issues or problems;Our requirementsmin. 2 years of experience in a similar position;understanding of HR best practices and current regulations in Poland;fluent English;strong communication and interpersonal skills;practical knowledge of MS Office;very good knowledge of Excelteam player;What we offerRemuneration that will be adequate to skills/experience and results – NRF appreciates employees, also financially.Replacement employment contract with possibility of permanent employmentFor your long time vacation once per year, you will receive an additional incentive.Do you like going to sports activities? great, with us you will receive funding for the Multisport sports card.We have a private medical care package for you at Saltus so that you do not have to queue for healthcare.Fruit in the office, delicious coffee or tea, or maybe team-building events?
