In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our employees, supporting them across all stages of the employment lifecycle – from onboarding through to offboarding.You will coordinate day-to-day HR operations, ensure smooth execution of people processes, and contribute to creating a great employee experience. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative HR team and support the growth of XTB’s people operations.This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in our Warsaw office and 3 days working remotely. While hybrid work is preferred, other arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries across multiple locations and supporting global HR initiativesCoordinating end-to-end HR lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day employee services Managing HR documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with local regulations Administering HR tools such as time and attendance systems and HRIS Supporting the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and projects Daily cooperation with the payroll team and other HR teams to continuously improve processes and employee experience Preparing reports, responding to employee requests, and ensuring service delivery meets internal SLAs 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Administrator, or HR Partner role Solid understanding of Polish employment law and HR best practices Experience being the face of HR and representing policies to managers and employees Background in a service-oriented HR environment, working with SLAs and measurable KPIs Experience using HRIS, Jira Service Management, and other automated HR tools Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset Proficiency in Google Workspace (mostly Gsheets) Fluency in Polish and English, both spoken and written Full-time employment contract with a hybrid work model (2 days in our Warsaw HQ – Prosta 67, 3 days working remotely) – hybrid work is preferred but not mandatory.Opportunity to work in a dynamic, innovative, and international environment Private medical care, training budget, and language course support Extra days off for your birthday, volunteering, and wellbeing initiatives Modern office facilities with a collaborative and friendly atmosphere A training budget for the courses and conferences you're interested inAn extra day off for your birthdayAn extra day off for parentsPrivate healthcare and group insuranceAccess to an e-learning platform for learning English and a benefits platformAccess to a well-being platform and the opportunity to take advantage of workshops and private therapy sessionsWhy Join Us?At XTB, we believe our people are the foundation of our success.
