Join us in shaping our future–and yours.What You Will Do?ResponsibilitiesThe People support specialist is responsible for preparing monthly financial reports, providing input in financial planning processes, supporting senior analysts with research and analysis, and recommending ways to automate or improve financial reporting processes:Key Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative strategies to support the people function within the organization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve HR processes and systems Provide creative solutions to enhance employee engagement and retention Conduct data analysis to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals and sector/function objectives Collaborate with business partners to drive key people/talent initiatives Integrate HR priorities into business plans to enhance organizational performance Analyze and evaluate financial and operational drivers to inform HR solutions Lead talent planning efforts to identify and address business needs Implement talent strategies to cultivate diverse talent pools and promote growth Partner with local leadership to deploy global and sector talent strategies effectively Drive culture, employee engagement, and change initiatives in alignment with business goals Facilitate collaboration across groups and sectors to ensure integrated HR solutionsRequired QualificationsWhat we are looking for 2-4 years of related experience in HR leadership roles University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in HR or related field Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendationsDesired Qualifications Demonstrated experience as a strategic HR leader with a talent and business mindset Proven track record as a trusted partner and integrator in driving organizational change Strong analytical skills with a digital mindset to leverage data for decision-making Prior experience as a Business Partner preferred in a similar industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teamsWhat’s In It For YouCompetitive Benefit Package Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!
