With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. We are seeking a dedicated People & Talent Acquisition Executive to join our noon team. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with a proven track record in high-volume recruitment. Alongside recruitment responsibilities, you will provide comprehensive HR support to the corporate team, including handling employee relations, driving engagement initiatives, and delivering day-to-day assistance to ensure a positive employee experience.Drive high-volume recruitment ensuring timely hires to meet dynamic business needs.Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, creating targeted candidate profiles.Continuously develop networks and partnerships to actively build a strong pipeline of candidates.Creatively look for ways to increase the efficiency of the hiring process.Strong stakeholder management; build relationships with line managers and business leaders to understand and meet their respective teams or divisions' hiring needs.Create weekly/monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics and share them with the management team.Represent and take the lead for internal TA training sessions.Provide day-to-day HR support to the operations team, addressing employee queries, concerns, and issues promptly.Assist with employee relations by mediating conflicts, promoting a positive work environment, and supporting employee well-being.Implement employee engagement initiatives aimed at improving morale and retention within the operations team.Assist with administrative HR tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing leave requests, and managing attendance.What you'll need:Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or any related fieldMinimum 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar roleAbility to operate across and manage multiple roles/functions at one time.Previous experience managing a large number of roles at one time.Experience working for a tech, start-up, e-commerce business is preferred.Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience in online/social media recruiting.Passion and understanding of employer branding trends.Must possess excellent oral/written communication, marketing, presentation, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.Self-starter- has the ability to work independently as well as with the wider team.Highly collaborative with a can-do attitude.Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.Proven ability in working under high pressure, target-oriented job profile with a successful track recordWho will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.
