People & Talent Acquisition Specialist

The roleAs a People & Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in attracting and hiring top tech talent while helping strengthen our culture and employer brand across ICT Nordics.This is a parental leave cover for at least one year, but since we’re growing fast, there’s a strong possibility for extension or a permanent position after the initial period.The role is 80% strategic and operative recruitment – supporting our managers and teams within software and mechanical engineering and 20% employer branding, where you’ll work hands-on to attract talent by creating engaging content and driving communication activities for our social media channels and internal platforms.You’ll work closely with our People & TA Manager and be part of a small, dynamic team that supports all companies within ICT Nordics (ICT Additude, M4 Solutions, and ICT Sweden). This is a hybrid position based in Malmö with occasional travel within Sweden may occur.We are looking for someone with the following skillsExperience in end-to-end recruitment, within tech or engineering preferably for the consultancy sectorStrong communication and relationship-building skills.The ability to work both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.A creative mindset and an interest in social media and employer branding.Experience recruiting across different regions and cities in Sweden.The Ideal Candidate 🌟You’re curious, driven, communicative and collaborative.
