(Saudization project)A leading, high‑growth fintech in Saudi Arabia is hiring a People & Talent Partner to drive its Saudization agenda and support the next phase of growth. This is a key role for a Saudi who wants to shape hiring, onboarding, and employee experience in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end‑to‑end recruitment for hires across multiple functions (tech, product, operations, corporate).Build and execute a Saudization hiring strategy aligned with business growth plans and regulatory requirements.Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create attractive job adverts, and run structured interview processes.Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.Support HR operations, including contracts, documentation, and coordination with internal HR/Payroll/PRO teams.Track and report Saudization metrics, headcount, and hiring progress to leadership.Contribute to employer branding initiatives targeting Saudi talent (universities, online channels, events).Act as a trusted point of contact for new joiners, helping them integrate into the company and culture.Requirements Saudization requirements3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, Operations or Admin in Saudi Arabia (fintech/tech/start‑up experience is a plus).Strong understanding of the Saudi labour market and Saudization regulations.Experience managing end‑to‑end hiring processes, ideally for professional roles.Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with changing priorities.Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.Proactive, organised, and able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.What’s on OfferOpportunity to play a central role in a strategic Saudization project within a high‑growth fintech.Exposure to a modern, technology‑driven environment with ambitious leadership.Competitive salary and benefits package.Clear scope to grow your career as the company scales.
