And we’re just getting started.We’re now looking for a People & Workplace Coordinator to join our Operation team in Stockholm HQ.Your missionAs People & Workplace Coordinator, your mission is to make Bruce Studios an inspiring, structured, and engaging place to work – across all our Nordic markets.You’ll make sure everything around our people runs smoothly: from onboarding and HR processes to office experience and team culture.This is a hands-on and dynamic role combining HR coordination, office management, and culture-building. You’ll be the go-to person for all things related to people and workplace – helping create an environment where our teams can thrive and focus on our shared goal: 20 million hours of movement in the Nordics.You’ll report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and collaborate closely with managers and teams across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.What You´ll DoCoordinate and administer people processes – from recruitment and onboarding to HR documentation and day-to-day operationsEnsure a smooth employee experience by keeping HR systems, policies, and records organized and up to date across marketsTake ownership of the Stockholm office – keeping it structured, welcoming, and full of energy, while handling suppliers, purchases, and practical administrationSupport teams in Oslo and Copenhagen with office and workplace coordinationPlan and execute internal events, offsites, and initiatives that bring people together and strengthen cultureCoordinate internal communication – newsletters, all-hands meetings, and leadership updates – to keep everyone aligned and informedDrive wellbeing and engagement initiatives that reflect Bruce Studios’ culture of movement and connectionAct as a trusted partner to the COO and managers on engagement, organization, and team development topicsWhat We Want You To BringWe’re looking for someone structured, proactive, and people-oriented – someone who loves creating structure, building relationships, and making things run smoothly.
