Role Overview: We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Social Media Executive to support our organic social offering across multiple accounts.
This is a hands-on role that’s perfect for someone who’s passionate about social media and enjoys the behind-the-scenes coordination that makes great content happen. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day admin and delivery across key clients. From sourcing UGC creators to managing deliverables and making sure content meets quality standards, you’ll be the glue that holds the organic social process together. Clients:
You’ll work across an exciting portfolio of brands in the UK and USA - including drink brands, wellness clients, and food & travel accounts - giving you plenty of creative variety and room to grow. Key Responsibilities: UGC Creator Management: Research and identify UGC creators aligned with client brand and toneManage outreach, contracting, and onboarding of creatorsTrack deliverables and deadlines across multiple accountsBrief creators clearly and ensure high-quality content is submitted on timeMaintain up-to-date trackers and folders for all assets and commsMaintaining a database of creators across niches and verticalsContent Coordination:
Ensure all live content is scheduled, posted, and backed up correctlyCheck and review all UGC for platform-native quality, sound use, and brand fitLiaise with creators to implement feedback and revisionsContent Creation & EditingCreate short-form videos using existing UGC, client assets, or self-shot contentEdit TikToks and Reels using tools like CapCut Add trending sounds, on-screen text, captions, and brand elementsAssist with shoot planning, basic filming, and organising raw footageGeneral Account Support:
