Job Description

Responsibilities: Deliver projects within established budgets and timelinesEnsure that project progress is within schedule, quality, budget and safety standardsIdentify and resolve site technical problemsPrepare project’s periodic progress report for updating Senior Management, including pre-empting / highlighting potential issues and suggesting solutionsCollaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders such as consultants/contractors/vendors/suppliers to achieve project deliverablesLiaise with relevant authorities in managing submissions and obtaining the clearances necessary for project to progressReview the procurement of various service contractsAny other duties assignedRequirements:

Degree in Architecture, C&S, M&E or Project Management At least 10 years of relevant experience in the Singapore building industryGood track record of successfully delivering complex and challenging projectsKnowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of project lifecycleExperience in using project management softwareResourceful and agile in driving projects to fruitionSelf-driven, ability to multi-task and comfortable with tight deadlinesExcellent problem solving and decision-making skillsGood stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to converse in Mandarin would be an advantage in view of the Company’s global presenceSuitably qualified candidates will be considered for Assistant Vice President role
