The Performance Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing performance advertising campaigns, analyzing data to measure and improve campaign effectiveness, conducting performance testing, and collaborating with team members to achieve marketing objectives. The role will involve regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.Job DescriptionLead a project (client) and act as the main point of contact.Present bi-weekly and monthly performance reports.Ensure clear and effective communication with clients.Develop and present decks for pre-kickoff, kickoff, quarterly strategy, and closing reports.Execute and manage ad campaigns based on agreed strategies.Propose new strategy initiatives to maximize client performance.Collaborate with Senior Specialists on client strategy implementation.Assist in client communications regarding platform-related information.Monitor and evaluate the performance of assigned Analysts.Conduct performance assessments for Analysts under their supervision.Suggest skill enhancement programs for Analysts.Step in as a backup PIC if needed for presentations.Analyze ad performance and adjust campaign settings when necessary.Utilize tools such as Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, etcQualificationsMinimum 1 years of experience in digital advertising or marketing.Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.Experience in managing ad campaigns across multiple platforms.Proficiency in performance tracking and optimization techniques.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Willing to WFO at Fatmawati, South Jakarta with flexi start 7-11 am
