Every client we help grow faster is another piece of the energy transition that gets built and adopted sooner.The RoleWe’re looking for a sharp, curious problem solver with a performance focus to become a core part of our team. Someone who loves figuring out how things work, can learn new tools quickly, and can explain complex systems in clear, simple language.In the short term, you’ll help us keep our tracking, reporting, and paid campaigns clean and reliable. We are looking for someone who can grow into a Head of Performance & Technology who owns how we design, measure and improve results across all clients.Role DetailsTitle: Performance, Analytics & Tech (Internship into full-time)Type: Full-time, remoteLocation: Europe (comfortable working with EU and US clients within reasonable timezones)Reports to: Founder & Digital StrategistDepartment: Performance, Data & Marketing OperationsKey Responsibilities1. Measurement & AnalyticsMap and document client funnels (from ad click to opportunity) where data lives.Help set up and maintain tracking for key events and conversions (e.g., via GA4, GTM, HubSpot. Training is provided).Run regular QA checks on dashboards and reports to catch broken tracking or inconsistent data.Build simple, clear performance summaries that answer: What happened? Why? What should we do next?2. Performance & ExperimentsSupport monitoring and analysis of paid campaigns (mainly LinkedIn; occasionally search/retargeting).Track performance against benchmarks and flag issues or opportunities early.Suggest simple experiments (landing page tweaks, audience tests, timing tests) and help run them end to end.3. Marketing Operations & DocumentationMaintain shared trackers for campaigns, tests, and key metrics.Collaborate with the founder (me) on workflow automation and technical systems (n8n, instantly, google workspace).Help keep SOPs and playbooks up to date so others can follow them.Support basic CRM and database hygiene (e.g., dedupes, field consistency, UTM discipline).4.
