You’ll empower your team, elevate standards, and drive outstanding outcomes across the agency.If you’re a strategic leader who thrives on results and collaboration, we want to hear from you.As a people-first, tech-powered marketing agency, we combine AI, data, and proven digital strategies to deliver real results, all while ensuring our culture prioritises balance and support, with wellness perks, 12 extra days off per year, and weekly grazing boards.Ready to take the next step?The ideal candidate will have;5+ years experience in Google and Meta performance suites.A strong strategic skillset and successfully overseen many omni-channel campaigns across multiple Tier 1 clients.Strong management and mentoring experience required along with the ability to train junior staff on platform best practices and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDepartment Leadership: Lead the performance marketing department, including managing managers and setting strategic objectives.Strategy Formulation: Develop and implement overarching performance marketing strategies that align with company goals and client needs.Client Engagement: Maintain high-level client relationships across performance and ensure the delivery of exceptional service and results.Performance Monitoring: Track department performance and make strategic adjustments to improve outcomes.About YouExpert-level applied knowledge of 2+ performance marketing channels and tools, with strategic competencies across all required platforms.Strong ability to build channel strategies and provide strategic recommendations for mid-heavy weight clients.Autonomously and effectively troubleshoot campaigns, tracking, pixels and data feeds for the team.Highly skilled in time management for self and others - strong ability to meet deadlines, prioritise tasks and support others workload effectively.Actively provides opportunities for learning for the team, contributes to process development and improvement of ways of working.Exemplary written and verbal communication, Highly skilled at supporting positive client relationships and leading meetings as required.Acts as an escalation point for their direct reports/junior specialists and understands the client portfolio, challenges and areas for growth.Actively supported in performance management of the team - training, onboarding/upskilling and mentorship capabilities are expected.
