Job Description

Position SummaryThe HR Administrative Assistant (Bilingual) is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Department on all personnel matters. Essential Duties And Responsibilities(This is a representative list of the duties the position may be asked to perform and is not intended to be all-inclusive.

)Provide verbal and written translation support to the department, primarily in SpanishAnswer and direct incoming phone calls professionally, routing them to the appropriate contacts as neededGreet visitors and job applicants in a professional and welcoming mannerAssist in communicating with Spanish-speaking employees to ensure clear understanding and effective exchange of informationServe as a backup for the onboarding process in the absence of the primary coordinator, with a focus on onboarding Spanish-speaking employeesMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including ensuring required documents are filed digitally and properly recorded in the HR databasePerform general administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, scanning, and document handlingAssist in coordinating international onboarding logistics, including communication with international hires, collecting required documentation, and ensuring compliance with onboarding procedures such as physical exams, drug screenings, and document expirationsProvide support in reviewing and drafting résumés in both English and Spanish, as neededMaintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in handling all employee-related informationDemonstrates strong adherence to Company policies and procedures, included but not limited to Safety, and Company valuesPerform all other duties as assigned by supervisorMinimum Qualifications And RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalent education2+ years of clerical experience in the Human Resources fieldBilingual proficiency:

Fluent in English and Spanish written and verbal communicationStrong attention to detailExperience in Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel & OutlookExperience operating standard office equipmentMust have excellent organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure and ability to multi-taskMust have the ability to demonstrate conduct conforming to a set of values and accepted standardsFor new hires, must meet all Performance Energy Services employment qualifications in force at time of hiring, including successful completion of a background investigation and pre-employment drug screenFor new hires, must successfully complete all required training by Performance Energy Services
