Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Los Angeles County, CA, for a Performance Improvement Manager. The individual in this role will lead and manage performance enhancement projects, drive business process improvements, and oversee initiatives that align with the organization’s objectives. Responsibilities also include identifying improvement opportunities, analyzing data to assess outcomes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing and conducting training programs to implement new processes. This role will require effective leadership to guide teams and ensure quality results in performance improvement strategies. Qualifications Strong expertise in Business Process Improvement and Performance Improvement methodologiesAdvanced Analytical Skills to assess data and determine actionable strategiesExperience in designing and delivering effective Training programsProven Team Leadership abilities, including guiding teams to achieve performance goalsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsDeep understanding of performance metrics and organizational developmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related fieldRelevant certifications, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management, are a plus
