Job SummaryResponsible for developing and implementing project strategies, plans in accordance with RFP and ISG guidelines.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the appropriate strategies, business plans, policies, and procedures are developed, approved & communicated to the relevant stakeholders and implemented so that the Departmental strategic imperative is met.Lead and manage the Performance Management-related issues. Implement a Performance Management communication strategy aimed at creating awareness and keeping all stakeholders fully informed.Plan and execute all the milestones in the performance management cycle.Develop and update guidelines around the performance milestones and the annual appraisal process. Ensuring compliance with the Mandatory Compliance Requirements is a prerequisite to compliance with the overall contract.To ensure compliance strictly with the designated Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).Develop, maintain, and ensure contract reporting requirements are met and documents are maintained as per standards for daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly reportsUpdate the Performance management policy every year and if required, upon request by the contracting authorityRespond immediately to any non-conformance report received by the client or managing agentTrain staff at all levels on the performance framework and the behavioral skills/ soft skills.Identifying training needs for employees to ensure that they are adequately equipped to perform their jobs effectively. Prepare & maintain a monthly performance reportMaintain a non-conformance reports tracker to be submitted once requiredParticipates and/or provides leadership in the development and modification of the company policies, systems, and procedures for staff.Qualifications and Experience RequiredMinimum Education: Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field bachelor’s degree Minimum Experience: 10+ Experience in the same field or related field Training and Certifications: any related training in the same field Languages: English, Arabic is an Advantage
