Job Description:The Performance Manager – Social Media will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns to maximize engagement, reach, and ROI. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and advertising platforms. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement performance-driven social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.Optimize paid and organic social campaigns to achieve business objectives.Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to create high-performing social media assets.Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark performance to identify growth opportunities.Manage social media advertising budgets and ensure campaigns are cost-effective.Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices to continuously improve performance.Implement A/B testing strategies for content, creatives, and ad campaigns to maximize results.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.Proven experience in social media management and performance marketing.Strong analytical skills with experience in social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Sprout Social).Knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign optimization.Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Bonus Points If You:Certification in digital marketing or social media advertising.Experience with influencer marketing and content strategy.Understanding of SEO, SEM, and overall digital marketing ecosystem.
