An exciting new role has just come up at Habit Health in Nelson for a Performance Manager who can easily engage with a region-wide MDT of occupational health nursing and EAP counselling professionals to ensure best practice business performance and excellent clinical outcomes. Your background as a clinician will enable you to speak the same language as your teams so that successful service delivery comes naturally and easily. The ideal candidate must demonstrate people management and engagement skills.The Performance Manager will work with clinical teams across Nelson so must be willing to travel.
