Job Description

Master works is hiring a Performance Manager who will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and governance of the organization's performance management framework, ensuring alignment between corporate strategy, departmental objectives, and individual performance. The role ensures that performance is measured, monitored, and improved continuously through data-driven insights and effective collaboration across departments.⚙️ Key Responsibilities Performance Framework & GovernanceDevelop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Performance Management Framework (PMF) aligned with organizational strategyManage the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and ensure all objectives, KPIs, and targets are strategically alignedEstablish and oversee performance governance cycles, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reviewsDefine and communicate performance policies, procedures, and standards across all departmentsSupport the integration of KPIs into systems and ensure alignment with ERP, HR, and Data Warehouse platforms KPI Development & ManagementFacilitate the definition and validation of KPIs at corporate, departmental, and individual levelsMaintain a centralized KPI library with definitions, data sources, and ownersEnsure KPIs are SMART, relevant, and measurable, with clear baselines and targetsValidate KPI data and perform variance analysis to highlight trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Reporting & InsightsDevelop and manage performance dashboards and regular reports for leadership and executive committeesPresent analytical insights to support evidence-based decision-makingCoordinate the Strategy Execution Report and track progress of strategic objectives and initiativesWork closely with the Data Warehouse and BI teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity Departmental & Individual AlignmentGuide departments in cascading strategic objectives and KPIs down to team and employee levelsEnsure consistent understanding and ownership of performance measures across the organizationSupport HR in aligning individual performance management with strategic KPIs and behavioral competencies Continuous Improvement & Capability BuildingIdentify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions or process improvementsLead workshops and awareness sessions to build performance management capability across departmentsSupport leadership in embedding a performance-driven culture focused on accountability and resultRequirementsMinimum RequirementsExperience working with strategy execution frameworks (e.g., OKRs, KPIs, BSC)Strong project management skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholdersExperience in public sector or technology sectors is an advantageFluent in English (Native Arabic speaker is a must)Minimum QualificationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Industrial Engineering, or related field (MBA or Master's preferred)7+ years of experience in strategy execution, management consulting, transformation, or Strategy PMO rolesWorking ConditionStrategic Execution and Operational PlanningData-Driven Decision MakingStakeholder Engagement & InfluenceBusiness Acumen & Organizational AlignmentStrong Communication & Presentation Skills
