We aim to change patient participation in clinical research by providing information, opportunities, and support.About The RoleAs a Performance Marketer at Curewiki, you'll lead paid marketing strategy and execution across digital channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Your work will directly impact how people discover and interact with Curewiki's mission—empowering individuals with accurate, community-driven health information.You'll thrive in this role if you're data-obsessed, creatively curious, and driven by results—but also care about the why behind the metrics. You're just as comfortable optimizing campaign structures as you are sharing insights with stakeholders and experimenting with fresh ideas.Paid media planning and project management:Own the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)Set and track performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CAC, etc.) aligned with growth goalsAnalyze and report on campaign performance weekly, turning data into actionable insightsRun A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and funnels to continuously improve performanceBudget planning:Manage and oversee paid media campaigns in terms of budgetForecast potential campaign opportunitiesManage your ad-spend with a test-learn-scale mindsetInternal/External collaborationCollaborate with content, design, and product teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pagesTrend watching:Stay current on platform changes and industry trendsRecommend new tools, platforms and tactics to grow reach and improve efficiencyRequirementsAnalytical Thinking - You know how to break down data, spot trends, and draw meaningful conclusionsChannel Expertise - Proven experience running and scaling paid campaigns across major digital platformsCollaborative team spirit- You work well with internal and external stakeholdersCommunication - Clear, concise, and confident when explaining complex performance data or proposing new ideasAdaptability - Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environmentAttention to Detail - You catch what others missBenefitsFully remote and asynchronous way of working to support work/life integration.
