We work with clients across fashion, retail, beauty, lifestyle, healthcare, real estate, and e-commerce, delivering impactful campaigns that drive measurable results.We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can manage paid campaigns across multiple platforms, optimize ad spend, and consistently achieve high ROI for our clients.Role OverviewAs a Performance Marketer at The Grey Concept, you’ll be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns for various clients. You’ll collaborate with account managers, designers, and content teams to ensure every campaign not only meets performance goals but also aligns with each client’s brand identity and business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), and TikTok Ads.Develop data-driven media strategies to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CPA, and CTR.Collaborate with creative teams to test and refine ad creatives, copies, and video assets.Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency.Manage and allocate ad budgets across multiple client accounts, ensuring balanced performance.Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages.Set up and monitor pixels, events, and conversions for accurate performance tracking.Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams.Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and algorithms in the digital advertising landscape.Requirements2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns (agency experience preferred).Proven record of handling multi-client performance campaigns with varied objectives.Experience managing large-scale ad budgets (minimum PKR 10–20 lakh/month combined).Strong command over Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Analytics tools.Sound understanding of audience segmentation, funnel strategies, and remarketing.Analytical mindset with ability to draw insights from data and act quickly.Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (a plus).Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.
