Role - Performance Marketing Associate Location- Bangalore Years of Experience - 2-5 years ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growthConduct thorough audience research and segmentation to target relevant customer segments with personalized messaging and offersAnalyse campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimizationImplement A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to optimize ad creative, landing pages, and conversion funnels for maximum performanceCollaborate with creative teams to develop impactful ad creativeProvide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations for optimizationStay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantaMonitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks for the business Requirements2-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in an E-commerce or digital marketing environmentIn-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Facebook, Instagram), display advertising, and affiliate marketingHands-on experience with marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Ads ManageStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimization strategiesProficiency in A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniquesExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented with strong organizational abilitiesExperience with E-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) is a plusExperience with marketing automation platforms (MoEngage, CleverTap etc.) is a plus
