We achieved all this with our employees, our guests, our family.We would like you to know that we will be pleased to support you in improving yourself with various trainings in the tourism sector, to help you see the big picture by enriching your existing hotel and region knowledge, and to see you among us at Jolly Tur.Would you like to join our family to strengthen our strength, improve our understanding of service and make a difference?Job Description· Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns on all channels such as Facebook, Google, and other ad networks by data-driven decisions,· Continuously A/B test and try to find new approaches based on the results,· Reporting campaign results on daily, weekly and monthly basis,· Implement successful optimization strategies based on reported data,· Collaborate with the creative team to provide KPI insights to produce new key creatives,· Provide insightful analysis of campaigns and their results.Qualifications· Bachelor's Degree in related fields,· 5-6 years experience at marketing department in a digital marketing position,· Proven experience and skills especially in SEM but not limited to,· Hands-on experience in performance marketing channels such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok,· Preferably having knowledge of Trivago and Google Hotels Ads,· A strong understanding of analytics, automatization and optimization tools,· Working knowledge of cookies, tracking and analytical technical mechanics,· Aware of paid and unpaid channel Dynamics, knowledge with SEO topics,· Technical experience in market, competitor and consumer analysis,· Proven Experience in managing resources, significant budgets and their optimization,· Qualified experience in management by objectives, KPIs,· Cross functional coordination with all mkt, sales and commercial teams to support business .growth· Knowledge of Google UAC, FB Ads, Apple Search Ads,· Knowledge of digital marketing terms like CPC, CTR, CPA, CPI, Retention etc.· Knowledge of Firebase, Appsflyer, Google Analytics,· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills,· Ability to report, analyze and understand data,· Team-work oriented, self-motivated and open-minded,· Outstanding analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and strength in data analysis,· Creative, practical and solution oriented,· Advanced command in verbal and written English,· Good interpersonal skills,· Customer focus and analytical approach.
