If the below resonates, this could be the right role for you:Innovator and a natural leaderA tenacious driver that’ll take the bull by the horns.Be able to move fluidly between detail and high-level strategic thinkingEnjoy working with a small team in a fast-paced environment Tired of agency BS and want to make an impact through your workStickler for perfectionEntrepreneurially minded and not afraid to get your hands dirty to solve real problemsResponsibilities overview: Performance managementDrive a performance-led culture in the business rooted in insight, optimisation and testingWork across departments within the organisation to ensure the optimal strategy and execution of campaignsGo beyond the realm of paid advertising data to understand and make recommendations to enhance the full marketing channel ecosystem to drive the best client resultsAnalyse campaign performance and make recommendations for optimisationDevelop and lead sound, strategic media plans based on client marketing directionBe the custodian of sales and lead performance for our clients by setting client KPIs and ensuring that they are being met by making the operations team accountableDrive paid media channel and campaign enhancements and be active in the successful implementation of changesEnsuring that best practice user journey, content and data structures are in place for optimal performanceLiaise with representatives of publishers and keep your finger on the pulse of industry and platform changesDelivery management Be responsible for overseeing the quality of output of the paid media operational team and ensuring that the highest standards are being metEnsuring key departmental client deliverables are achieved within deadlinesManage the delivery of ongoing client-facing monthly deliverables e.g media plans and reportsOperations managementEnsure Correlate’s processes, tools and methodologies are adhered to and constantly reinforced within the departmentMaintain a strategic view of budget allocations for the best results and ensure that media budgets are accurately spentDelegation of tasks to the operational teams to achieve project goalsOverseeing the running of campaigns, ensuring that they run within specified timelines, budgets are managed and setups are accurate and error-freeEnsuring data setup and tracking is verified and data is accurateEnsuring that updates and optimisations to client accounts are implemented and managed as requiredClient management: Develop, establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing leadership and support during strategy, ideation, execution and reportingKeep up-to-date with clients' requirements and preferences and proactively suggest new strategies to continually deliver on business, marketing and paid media objectivesLead client status meetings and presentations and ensure that outputs are managed and delivered on TrainingTraining of new and existing staff members based on development and upskilling requirementsPaid Media OperationsAssistance with Paid Media Operations (Set-up, delivery, optimisation, testing and reporting) when required.Requirements:                               4+ years of applicable marketing with a focus on Paid MediaHands-on operational experience with digital paid media platforms with a focus on performance marketingAdvanced understanding and experience in major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linkedin Ads.
