In this role, you’ll have creative freedom, access to cutting-edge tools, and the opportunity to manage full-funnel campaigns across major platforms, all while contributing to a brand that values innovation, experimentation, and results.Responsibilities:- Develop, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (FB/IG), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube), TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat.- Manage full-funnel performance campaigns from prospecting to retargeting, monitoring KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CVR.- Collaborate with creative and content teams to test, iterate, and scale ad creatives.- Build, maintain, and report on dashboards for performance metrics and insights.- Oversee SEO strategy, including technical audits, on-page optimization, keyword research, and backlink planning.- Optimize product, category, and blog content to drive organic traffic and revenue.- Track and report on SEO KPIs, including organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.Requirements:- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and SEO in eCommerce or DTC.- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and SEO tools.- Deep understanding of digital KPIs, campaign structure, budget management, and marketing funnels.- Analytical mindset with experience in GA4, UTM tracking, and reporting frameworks.- Self-starter, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple channels in a fast-paced environment.- Passionate about growth, experimentation, and staying ahead of digital trends.Please send your resume in Word format to Jill Kalakay at jillk@quantum.ca.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!
