Job Description

This job is for our client in the E-commerce industry.Job Responsibilities:Build and train the business team; develop sales/order plans and online advertising strategies to attract customers, drive revenue growth, and optimize business operation costs.Develop and adjust sales/order plans according to each period to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness of online advertising campaigns.Monitor and analyze the performance of online advertising campaigns to ensure achievement of defined KPIs and objectives.Track market and advertising trends to understand factors that influence campaign performance.Propose and implement performance improvement measures, including optimizing advertising methods and keywords. Ensure all advertising activities comply with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements, including privacy and data protection standards.Recommend new and innovative strategies based on market analysis and competitor insights.Collaborate closely with relevant departments to ensure smooth and effective implementation of advertising campaigns.Prepare and deliver advertising performance reports to management and other stakeholders.Allocate tasks, provide guidance, and supervise the team’s progress. Train and develop staff to enhance their competencies and knowledge in online advertising.Handle arising issues and perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.Job Requirements:College degree or higher in Marketing, Economics, E-commerce, or related fields.At least 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably with platforms such as Amazon, TikTok, Meta, etc.Minimum 1 year of experience managing a team of 4–7 members.Strong knowledge of Performance Ads operations.Proven leadership, KPI-setting, and coaching skills.Proficient in analytical tools such as Google Sheets, Google Analytics, etc.Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.Excellent planning and project management abilities.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Good English reading comprehension.Compensation & Benefits:13th-month salary and profit-based bonus based on business performance.Annual performance review and salary adjustment.Full insurance coverage upon signing the labor contract.PVI health insurance for employees and their family members.Comprehensive physical and mental health care policy.Annual health check-up (valued at 1.5–2 million VND per person).16 days of annual leave plus additional seniority leave.3 remote working days per month.Learning and development budget for personal growth.Opportunities for skill and professional development through internal and external training sessions.Team building twice a year to strengthen teamwork and company spirit.Various internal engagement activities: monthly Fridays, Year-End Party, Mid-Autumn Festival, Women’s Day (Oct 20, Mar 8), Men’s Day (Apr 6), and other celebrations.Onboarding and Buddy Program throughout the probation period.
